The Best Thrift Store in Bigfork – Reloved Thrift Store

Best Place for Thrift Shopping in Bigfork

Reloved Thrift Store is the best thrift store in Bigfork, Montana. It sells high-quality second-hand clothing, books, home decor, kitchen supplies, and so much more. Located on Peaceful Drive, the thrift store is next to the Chíc Nail Lounge and near the Fiber Yarn Shop and Sliters Lumber and Building Supply. One could find everything and anything here. From clothing to dishes, from books to artwork – nothing is impossible. There is even a wide variety of home decor items to decorate any room!

The items here are also of great quality. Everything here can be found for a great price and there are often additional sales. I have been shocked at the difference between the retail price and the price I have paid for of some my goods. There are plenty of gems to be found here and the place is perfect for bargain shopping!

The limited parking out front gives the impression that the store would be small – on the contrary! On the left is a large selection of men’s, women’s, and children’s apparel. There is an array of shoes, pants, skirts, T-shirts, button-up blouses, and dresses. There are even some stunning prom dresses! And I mean stunning. Some have sequins; some are long and have tails that flow down like a river. The fabric is luxurious and there are so many different colors.

Be Ready for Winter with Jackets and Sweaters

There are some very nice-looking coats and jackets. I once saw someone pick out a stunning leather jacket for a few dollars. When I was there last, there was a mass of winter jackets reminding me of the changing seasons. Of course, there is an abundance of sweaters at this second-hand clothing store as well. An array of sweaters from loose-fitting to turtlenecks mark the racks. I’ve gotten some very cozy sweaters that are so fuzzy and fit perfectly. Just in time for the upcoming snowy season.

Every Kind of Top Imaginable

I’ve gotten some of my favorite blouses at Reloved Thrift Store. Ones I wear at least once a week. You can find nearly any type of shirt here. My favorites are the ones with soft cotton or jersey knit fabric. However, there are plenty of graphic T-shirts, tank tops, crisp button-up collared shirts, and cozy long-sleeve shirts. I’ve found some cute Animal Crossing, animals, and different sayings or puns on T-shirts. I usually luck out with a few professional blouses for work attire as well.

Plus, the savings are unbeatable. I got a fancy silky 100% polyester professional blouse that had a couple of ruffles down the center for $1. It still had its original tag. It initially sold for $50.

There are racks upon racks of tops and bottoms here. There are even some more stands of sweaters, shirts, bathing suits (maybe those were just in the summer), and pants out in front of the store’s doors as well. An assortment of jewelry, watches, wallets, and purses are on display near the counter.

Towers of Cheap Books in Bigfork

After you pass a wall of shoes, you can walk into a lovely nook full of stacks upon stacks of used books. There are children’s books for all ages. There are even more adult books. I mean adult in the sense of being tailored to an older audience. Plenty of fictional, mystical, and fairytale stories can be pulled out. Nutritional, political, historical, and literary finds fortify these heaps of books. I found some books that I was looking at purchasing on Amazon for $12 or more here for way less.

If you enjoy being encased by a room of books, then you have to visit Reloved. It is a thrill to search through so many books just wondering what literary treasures you might be able to find. It is an exciting treasure hunt with so many different books to look through that is hard to describe.

The best part? The last time I stopped by the store, one could buy these books for a fraction of a dollar. Paperbacks were $0.25 and hardcovers were $0.50 a piece. This second-hand store is perfect for finding cheap books in Bigfork.

Inexpensive Home Decor

Besides sifting between clothing and books, Reloved Thrift Store also has a wide selection of different types of home decor. There are fake plants, centerpieces, artwork, and knickknacks. I have found some incredible pieces here for a great price. My favorite home decor piece has to be a canvas print of a woman standing with her hair pinned up in a backless flower dress. The flowers also accentuate the bottom of the painting where they seem to drop off of her and flow through the rest of the print. It is one of my favorite items I have bought.

There are also plenty of dishes, glasses, and kitchen utensils to choose from. On the right side of the store, there is a stand of shelves that corner the window with countless fragile figurines and kitchen glasses. More glasses line the walls down the section. The Reloved Thrift Store is a great place where you can find affordable home decor in Bigfork.

Unbeatable Deals: Affordable Prices & Frequent Sales

This thrift store in Bigfork has very affordable prices. Usually, tops are $1 and sweaters are $2 unless otherwise marked. Books as I’ve previously mentioned were $0.25 and $0.50 for paperbacks and hardcovers. The home decor items have individual pricing but they’re usually pretty inexpensive. I’ve gotten glasses for $1 before and my favorite piece of artwork was $5. It originally sold for $40 at another store. I love it when items still have their original tags on them. Knowing how much one saves just adds to the excitement of finding that perfect piece!

Hidden Treasures: Movies, Bedding, Toys & More

There are a lot of other miscellaneous items to choose from too. I’ve seen rows of bedding, shower curtains, and movies. There have been golf clubs and wreaths for your door. Plus, plenty of children’s toys like squishy dolls, toy cars, baby’s first educational toys, and such can be found throughout.

One needs to visit this thrift shop to get a better idea of all the items you can find. Every time I go, there are more items to find as well as a few to revisit. I found an older film camera here that I was excited to see if I could repair or otherwise get it working. I’ve wanted to try using a film camera for ages, so when I saw it sitting on a shelf amongst other knickknacks I had to get it. I still haven’t figured out how to get it working, but I’ve learned a bit about how the camera works! I found it just after they had gotten it in.
